Children are happy when they are with their parents. See the faces of these children. They are happy! These children are not in foster care. I had an opportunity to research some of the disadvantages  of children in foster care. DR. Kristin Turney wrote an article: "Mental and Physical Health of children in Foster Care." Dr. Turney says children that are in foster care  are in poor mental and physical health relative to children in the general population, particular result of their early life.
